Recruitment & Support Sub-Committee
The recruitment and support sub-committee provides support for individual walkers, team captains and team members through a variety of channels including phone calls, answering questions, selecting promotional materials, and assisting in email campaigns. This sub-committee will also offer guidance and be a personal cheerleader.
Community Outreach Sub-Committee
The community outreach sub-committee assists with the creation of the marketing materials along with researching and securing community events to set up recruitment tables and community communications (emails and newsletters).
Day of Walk Sub-Committee
The day of walk sub-committee works to create the look and feel of AIDS WALK Charlotte making Gateway Village Promenade attractive and easy for participants to navigate through the booths, registration, etc.

Sweet Tooth Festival Leadership
The Sweet Tooth Festival committee will work to create and produce an exciting and one of a kind experience for the Charlotte community. The committee will work on securing dessert vendors, assit with promoting and selling tickets, and any and all things sweet! This being RAIN's newest event, the committee will also work on putting structure in place.
The Voices Project Leadership
The Voices Project committee will work create this theatrical event including laying out the flow of the evening, reaching out and confirming storytellers (local celebrities), and collecting stories from the community using the resources from RAIN and the Health Department.
