Please email or fax (704.372.7418) Nathan Smith, Director of Development & Marketing, a copy of the written order given to the Broker with the following information:
• Name of the company whose shares will be transferred to the RAIN, Inc. account
• Number of shares to be delivered in
• Date you are making the transfer

Your tax-deductible value for the stock transfer will be the average of the high and low prices on the day of the transfer. We will receipt you for the number of shares transferred at that average price.
