As a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, RAIN, Inc. relies largely on the goodwill of the public, foundations and corporations to invest our programs and services. Your support helps ensure all those affected by HIV/AIDS receives the care and compassion they inherently deserve.

ONE TIME GIFTS:
Contributions fuel our ability to serve more who are affected by HIV/AIDS and are tax deductible. If you are ready to make a donation then go to our "Donate Now" page. If you would prefer to make a donation in the form of a check please mail your gift to RAIN, Inc., PO Box 37190, Charlotte, NC 28237, Attn: Development Department.

Enroll in Ripples of Hope. Join other investors who make monthly gifts from $25 to $500. It's a simple way to provide a meaningful recurring gift.

IN MEMORY OF / IN HONOR OF GIFTS:

When you make a secure online donation you will have the option of sending an "In Memory of" and/or "In Honor of" e-card - all you will need is that person's email. If you would prefer to have one mailed from our office (or you are making this donation in the form of cash or check) please contact the Development Department at 704.372.7246 ext. 161.

Please send Nathan Smith, Director of Development & Marketing, by email or fax (704.372.7418), a copy of the written order given to the Broker with the following information:
• Name of the company whose shares will be transferred to the RAIN, Inc. account
• Number of the shares to be delivered in
• Date you are making the transfer

Your tax-deductible value for the stock transfer will be the average of the high and low prices on the day of the transfer. We will receipt you for the number of shares transferred at that average price.

MATCHING GIFTS:
Many companies participate in a matching gift program (some even have a volunteer matching program). We have a list of local companies that participate so please check it out and if your company is missing please let us know so we can add them. If you are not sure if your company participates in a matching gift program ask someone in your Human Resource Department.
